Cleat Halyard 4"

Sea Dog Halyard cleat nylon construction with 304 stainless steal mounting plate. Designed to mounted on any 3/16" to 5/16" diameter shroud and used for tying off a halyard when not in use. Additional uses include mounting attachments for flags, solar showers, awnings, topping lifts, antennas, etc, 3-7/8" long with 1/2" eye.
